Do I need experience with horses?
No experience with horses is needed and none is expected. The equine work in Within Breakthrough requires nothing from you except presence and willingness. Alexandra guides the entire process. The horses respond to you as you are, prior experience is irrelevant.
How do I travel to the Camargue?
The nearest major airport is Marseille (MRS), approximately 1.5 hours from the location. Nimes (FNI) and Montpellier (MPL) are also accessible options. Full logistics guidance is provided once your application is confirmed.
Is this a retreat?
No. Within Breakthrough is a private 1:1 intensive. There are no group sessions, no shared schedules, and no retreat format. You are the only client during your three days. This is entirely tailored to you.
What if something intense comes up during the process?
Intensity is part of transformation. Alexandra is clinically trained in hypnotherapy and has extensive experience guiding people through deep emotional material. The intensive is held in a fully professional therapeutic container. You are safe throughout.
Can I combine this with Within Evolution?
Yes, and many clients do. Within Breakthrough can serve as either a standalone intensive or as a powerful complement to the online programme. Alexandra will advise on the best sequencing during your application call.
